pkgems does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond pkgems's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. pkgems will endeavour to restore service as promptly as practicable in such circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkgems's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
